This Website is hosted by a Third Party Provider that allows us to build, run and host an e-commerce website. We currently use Shopify Inc. Some of your Personal Information is hosted on our Third Party Provider’s servers. Such Third Party Provider complies with industry standards regarding collecting and protecting your Personal Information. Please refer to their terms of use and privacy policy for further information regarding their use and collection of Personal Information.

By using this Website or the Services, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to the Third Party Provider.  

Payments 

All payments are handled by a third-party payment processing service. We currently used Stripe Inc. Please refer to their terms of use and privacy policy for further information regarding their use and collection of Personal Information. 

Cashmere Outfitters does not collect or store any kind of payment information when you purchase online. In the event that your payment is processed manually, we will collect and store your payment information only for the time necessary to process your payment and order and until the expiration of the refund period. We will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of your Personal Information during this time and will not share any of your Personal Information to third parties without your prior consent. 

HOW AND WHERE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS PROCESSED AND STORED

We process your Personal Information in a proper manner and take all appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of your Personal Information.
